Nurse Practitioner

  • Active state license; FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP
  • Comfort with wound assessment, debridement, and dressing strategy
  • Mobile-friendly: visits at home, ALF, SNF, rehab
  • Strong documentation habits (notes back to referring within 24h)
  • Competitive base + per-visit; mileage reimbursed

APRN

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

  • Active APRN license in MO (or KS for Kansas City Metro)
  • Wound-care experience or strong interest in wound specialization
  • Autonomy in the field — daily caseload with full support behind you
  • Care coordination with home health, SNF nursing, ALF wellness, physician offices
  • W2 or 1099 paths available

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

  • Active DO license; FM, IM, or PM&R backgrounds welcome
  • Interest in mobile / house-call style practice
  • Wound-care experience preferred but not required — training provided
  • Medical-director and per-diem visiting roles both available
  • Strong physician comp framework
