Our St. Louis operations serve patients throughout the STL metro, and our Kansas City expansion brings the same model — board-certified nurse practitioners, advanced wound care modalities, and a commitment to rapid access — to the KC MO metro.
Gateway is built on a simple premise: the patients who most need complex wound care are often the least able to get to a wound care clinic. Older adults in assisted living facilities, patients with limited mobility, patients managing diabetes or vascular disease who struggle to walk — these are the patients who end up in emergency departments with advanced wounds, or who never receive consistent follow-up after a hospital discharge. We exist to close that gap.
Our nurse practitioners are board-certified and trained in advanced wound management. They carry full bedside wound care capability to every visit — sterile instruments for sharp debridement, portable NPWT devices, advanced dressings, and diagnostic tools. Every visit produces clinical documentation shared with the patient's referring provider and care team.

We accept Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and most commercial insurance plans. Insurance eligibility is verified before the first visit at no cost to the patient. We handle prior authorizations and billing — patients focus on healing.
