What we do

We deliver wound-focused clinical care where the patient already is. Our nurse practitioners carry the supplies, the dressings, and the clinical authority to handle what would otherwise require an outpatient clinic visit — debridement, NPWT, offloading, infection assessment, post-surgical follow-up.

Administrative office at 400 Chesterfield Center, Suite 400, Chesterfield, MO 63017. Visits are mobile across Greater Kansas City (Jackson, Clay, Platte, Cass on the Missouri side, plus Johnson and Wyandotte on the Kansas side).
